Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, our products ONE, One Fleet and mesj. They are with One Fleet Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17415787. Contact: matt@onefleet.world.

Using the site and products

Use them lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service. Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for activity under your credentials.

Assessments and decision support

Our products produce decision support, not guarantees. An assessment — including any confidence figure — is an estimate based on the data available at the time. You remain responsible for operational, purchasing, safety and legal decisions. Do not rely on an output as the sole basis for a decision with safety or financial consequence.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve assessment accuracy. Personal data is handled as set out in our privacy and GDPR notice.

Our intellectual property

The site, the products, and all associated software, models, branding and content remain ours. No licence is granted beyond using the service as intended.

Availability

We aim to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and free or trial access may be withdrawn. Paid services are governed by the availability terms in the relevant order or agreement.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 where nothing was paid.

Termination

You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
