The problems came from the yard.

One Fleet Technologies was founded by Matt Ford following hands-on experience running commercial transport operations—quoting work, allocating vehicles, communicating with customers and dealing with the cost of decisions that failed in the real world.

That operational perspective now informs both our own products and the way we approach selected external builds.

How we work

Small, direct, honest about the data.

The studio is founder-led. Products are defined, built and iterated using Lovable and connected services, and every product is expected to state plainly what it knows, how confident it is and where its evidence runs out.

We do not claim to be an approved Lovable Expert, official partner or agency, and we do not claim endorsement from any manufacturer, mapping provider, retailer or carrier.
