Who we are
One Fleet Technologies Ltd (company number 17415787, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for personal data processed through this site and our products ONE, One Fleet and mesj. Contact: matt@onefleet.world.
What we collect
- Contact data — your name, email address and message content when you email us about a partnership or enquiry.
- Account data — where a product requires sign-in, the identifiers needed to operate that account.
- Operational data — for One Fleet, the mission and vehicle data a fleet submits for assessment, and the recorded real outcome.
- Technical data — aggregate, privacy-preserving usage counts. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Why we process it (lawful bases)
- Contract — to provide a product or service you have asked for.
- Legitimate interests — to answer enquiries, keep the services secure, and improve assessment accuracy. We balance this against your rights.
- Legal obligation — accounting and statutory record-keeping.
- Consent — where we ask for it explicitly, for example non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that host or operate the service on our behalf, under written terms that restrict them to our instructions, and where required by law. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Account and operational data is kept for the life of the account and up to 6 years afterwards where needed for legal or accounting purposes. Anything else is deleted or aggregated once its purpose ends.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email matt@onefleet.world and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to those who need it, and credentials are held in managed secret storage. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the ICO as required.
