Product integration requirements

Our default integration requirements are least-privilege, read-only access to third-party platforms, with explicit confirmation before anything is sent. Permissions and any write access must be agreed for each deployment. This is not a claim that an integration with any third-party platform already exists.

Voice workflows use text for processing and read-back. Audio handling and retention must be checked against the specific Dixi Voice deployment before a pilot; we do not make an unverified, product-wide promise that audio is never stored.

A data processing agreement is available on request. Deployment-specific processing, retention and permissions are agreed before a controlled pilot.

Hosting and location

The company website database is hosted in London, United Kingdom (eu-west-2).

Website delivery uses a distributed network; this database region is not a guarantee that all website traffic or product processing stays in the UK. Hosting and processing locations for each product are confirmed separately in its deployment documentation.
